At The Mushroom Box, our goal is to help customers achieve the maximum benefit from our mushroom-growing products. To support your success, we've created a comprehensive instructions that guide you through the growing process, troubleshooting, and best practices.

Refund and Replacement Policy

  • Due to the living, perishable nature of our mushroom kits and the many environmental factors outside our control, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.

  • We do however offer a replacement guarantee should you follow our instructions and not manage to grow your first set of mushrooms. Simply fill out this questionnaire: here 

 

  • The most common reasons for unsuccessful mushroom growth include:

    1. Overwatering

    2. Incorrect placement (poor airflow, unsuitable lighting)

    3. Incomplete reading or following of instructions

    4. Choosing a mushroom box from the Cool Climate Collection for environments above 24°C or from the Warm Climate Collection for environments below 20°C

  • Because mushroom cultivation depends heavily on how the kit is cared for and the environmental conditions, results may vary, and we cannot guarantee growth.
