Refund and Replacement Policy

Due to the living, perishable nature of our mushroom kits and the many environmental factors outside our control, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.

The most common reasons for unsuccessful mushroom growth include:

Incorrect placement (poor airflow, unsuitable lighting)

Choosing a mushroom box from the Cool Climate Collection for environments above 24°C or from the Warm Climate Collection for environments below 20°C
