2. Hydrate: Lightly spray water onto the surface of your mushrooms. Wait until dry before spraying again to avoid over watering. This helps them flourish.

3. Harvest: Once they fan out & are about the width of the box, twist and pull them off. Make sure to harvest them before spores drop if you want them to regrow.

4. Regrowing: Place your box in a dark cupboard for 5 days, then repeat the process. Allow for 1-21 days for next flush to begin
