Introducing The Pink Oyster Carbonara Recipe with Pink Oyster Mushrooms🍝⤵️

Easy 15 min instructions:

1. Chop your freshly harvested Pink Oyster Mushrooms into strips.


2.  Melt 2Tbsp Herbed Garlic Butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the mushrooms until golden and crisp.
3.  Stir in 2tsp Smoked Paprika and a generous pinch of salt. Turn the heat OFF on the skillet immediately.
4.  Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente.
5.  While the pasta cooks, whisk together 2 Eggs + 2 Yolks, grated Parmesan/Pecorino, and Black Pepper in a separate, large mixing bowl.
6.  Before draining the pasta, scoop out and reserve 1/3 cup of the starchy cooking water. Drain the pasta.
7.  Immediately transfer the hot pasta and all the mushrooms from the skillet into the large bowl with the egg mixture.
8.  Begin stirring vigorously. Slowly stream in about 1/3 cup of the reserved hot water while mixing until the sauce is creamy and glossy.
9.  Serve immediately in warm bowls. Garnish with more Parmesan/Pecorino.
